Last day of work and I flew to Bahrain to meet with my boss and hand over some stuff. I wasn't even here long enough to warrant a card or a decent lunch. How sad is that? I did get to fly over The Palm Jumeirah again on my way to Bahrain. I still think that is one of the most amazing sights ever. I could also see off in the misty distance The Palm Jebel Ali, my fave design. Hey, Jim's started a blog about living in Virginia. Check out some of his adventures! Guess it's not just Dubai that has some idiocy. (And I'm not just talking about Jim here! LOL)

Hi Lori,
All the best for your move. I look forward to hearing about your adventures in Virginia (when last did you experience living in snow?). It has been fun keeping up with your time in Dubai. I can't believe you survived the heat there!
I still have some photos of our local greengrocer which I have been meaning to send to you, but keep forgetting to.
Are you taking Brynn and the cats back with you?
